It's important to us to give you the best service possible, so we've designed a few methods in order to expand our customer service:

On-site work. We understand that not everyone is comfortable with computers - not even their own. If you are unsure of how to unhook your computer to bring it in for cleaning or repair, we can help. We do limited on-site service, depending on the problem, so you never have to unhook your computer or leave your home.

Pick-up & delivery. Sometimes doing on-site work isn't the best method, as some repairs can take hours to complete. In this case, for a small extra fee, we offer easy pick-up and delivery service, so we take care of the work for you.

Meet-up & delivery. If you don't want to make the drive to Gladstone, we can pick up your computer at a designated location in Escanaba by 9 a.m.(Monday - Saturday). We can then drop it off the same way when it's done.

Drop-off. Drop off at our store location: 921 Delta Avenue, Gladstone, MI.

Our business hours are: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
We are available by phone only between 6pm and 7pm.
We will also make special arrangements if after hours appointments are required.
